Help needed: $8,000 to spend for complete video production set

Hello! This is my first reddit post and I am in need of some major Internet help. So my company has $8,000 to spend and we need everything... So what we need is: 3 HD cameras, two stabilizers for the cameras, a switcher for these cameras, an affordable or maybe even free switcher software to do the recording? And your opinion on the best way to work sound as well. And potentially a computer that would be needed to run all of these things? Not sure what kind of specs might be required.I know it might be a hard task, but thats why a newbie to the game came to a place like this.
