Blacksmith looking to live stream!

As the title says I'm a blacksmith looking to create a channel and stream to most likely twitch. I want at least a three or four camera setup with foot switches to move between cameras.Now I have some experience with sound but video I am totally out of my comfort zone. I have no idea what kind of cameras I need or equipment. I do have a beefy computer for encoding/streaming so that's not a huge problem.But tackling problems such as video quality. And recording a very very bright object like hot metal without capture problems is why I'm here.Mods if this isn't the right subreddit my apologies. But if someone could point me in the right direction I'd be most appreciative.I guess it's also worth mentioning the cheaper the better.
