I produced a comedic interview video that was posted online and got the attention of a large TV network. I was contacted by the production company asking if we could give them the right to license our footage for a Broadcast television show, and send them the raw footage and audio files for use in their show. It's a "Top 10" show so I don't really have any issue with them re-cutting it. How much would be a good rate to charge? How would we go about invoicing another company overseas and does anyone have a link to a good licensing agreement we can use? We are an LLC, in the United States. I would appreciate it.
