Corporate gig, constantly being asked to make videos I know nobody will watch. Like “let’s send the flypack and a crew to this gig really far away to capture it.” Why? Because we can. For “archive”. I want to die inside when people say that. You know what archive is? A hard drive in my office that only I can access.Does anyone else experience this? I know I have a job and I’m thankful for it. I mean I guess if that’s how they want to use their resources they’re writing the check but it seems pointless.
