videoproduction New Post

I am currently using a Sony k2m xlr with the second input running to a Senheisser wireless Lav set up. I would like to increase my audio production value by implementing a zoom H5 handy recorder that I have. I’m contemplating picking up the shotgun mic attachment for it. I shoot interview style stuff and the occasional event or wedding. I would like to run it as a back up audio source.Looking for Any feedback on the zoom shotgun mic attachment for the h5? https://www.zoom-na.com/products/product-accessories/zoom-sgh-6-shotgun-capsule-h5-h6-q8-u-44-f4-and-f8I am also looking for advice on what kind of simple stand/boom arm set up would be recommended to attach the h5 to as I would like to run it off camera.https://www.sony.com/electronics/interchangeable-lens-cameras-microphones/xlr-k2mhttps://www.zoom-na.com/products/field-video-recording/field-recording/zoom-h5-handy-recorder via /r/videoproduction https://www.reddit.com/r/videoproduction/comments/adxquq/boom_arm_mic_stand_for_zoom_h5/?utm_source=ifttt
